As a long-running internal leads referral campaign for Aon Investec staff, we used the iconic Investec zebra and its qualities to design serialised email communication driving staff to generate leads. The zebra's swiftness and agility was a metaphor for swiftly closing a lead and being able to thrive in a changing insurance broking environment. We also designed office collateral to keep the campaign top of mind.
